My approach to restorative massage and bodywork is centred around creating a calm, grounding experience where the body and nervous system feel safe enough to gradually settle, soften, and deeply rest.

I believe the body responds to consistency, safety, and trust, which is why treatments are designed to unfold gently and responsively over time rather than forcing deep release before the body feels ready for it.

Many women spend years living in states of stress, pressure, overstimulation, and constant responsibility, often becoming disconnected from what their body truly needs underneath the demands of everyday life. My work is designed to offer a different experience, one that feels supportive, unhurried, restorative, and deeply calming for both body and mind.

I begin by creating a grounded and predictable treatment experience that allows the nervous system time to settle and build trust within the process. As that trust develops over time, sessions naturally become more responsive to what your body and nervous system are communicating in the moment, supporting deeper rest, relaxation, and regulation in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Whether you are carrying emotional overwhelm, physical tension, burnout, exhaustion, or simply the weight of always needing to hold everything together, treatments are tailored to support what your body needs most in that moment.

This is a space where you do not need to perform, push through, or keep holding everything alone.

A space where your body can soften.

And where you can finally exhale.

Initial restorative session

This session is designed as the starting point for your restorative treatment journey and focuses on creating a calm, grounded, and supportive experience where the body and nervous system can begin to settle safely into rest.

I begin by working gently and predictably, allowing your body time to build trust within the treatment process rather than rushing immediately into deeper restorative work. Many women spend so long living in states of stress, pressure, overstimulation, and emotional responsibility that the body often needs consistency and safety before it can fully soften and let go.

This session creates space for your nervous system to slow down, decompress, and reconnect with a sense of calm, support, and safety within the body again.

75 Minutes: £75

Ideal if you are feeling emotionally or physically overwhelmed, carrying stress or exhaustion, struggling to fully relax, or looking for a gentler and more supportive approach to massage and bodywork.

Restorative maintenance session

These ongoing sessions are designed to support the body and nervous system through regular, consistent restorative care. These sessions are only available to clients after an initial restorative session has been booked.

As trust develops over time, treatments naturally become more responsive to what your body and nervous system are communicating in the moment. Depending on your needs, sessions may focus on relaxation, grounding support, emotional decompression, gentle tension release, or simply creating space to rest and recover from the demands of everyday life.

Regular sessions can help support the body in moving away from chronic tension, stress, and overwhelm into a more balanced and sustainable state over time.

60 Minutes: £60
Membership Client Rate: £50

Discounted rates are available for women who wish to invest in regular ongoing support as part of their longer-term wellbeing and nervous system care.

Deep rest reset session

This extended restorative session is designed for women who feel emotionally, mentally, or physically depleted and are in need of deeper rest, nervous system support, and therapeutic care.

Once trust and familiarity have been established through previous sessions, treatments may gently evolve to include additional restorative elements such as Indian head massage, hot stones, reflexology, facial massage, and sound therapy where appropriate, allowing the body to soften more deeply into rest and release.

These sessions are intentionally spacious, calming, and grounding, supporting the body in moving out of survival mode and into a state of deeper restoration and regulation.

90 Minutes: £90

Ideal during periods of burnout, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, exhaustion, life transitions, or times where you feel disconnected from yourself or your body.

Community-supported bodywork sessions

I believe restorative care should not feel completely out of reach during difficult seasons of life.

As part of this philosophy, women are able to contribute toward restorative sessions for others who may be experiencing emotional, physical, or financial strain and would benefit from supportive care and rest.

If you would like to gift a full or partial session for another woman, you are warmly invited to do so. These contributions help create opportunities for restorative care, support, and nervous system rest for women who may otherwise struggle to access it during more difficult periods of life.
